We hired the pirate inflatable run, and had hours of fun! The staff delivered on time, and were polite, friendly and ensured it was safe. The inflatable was clean and in great condition. We were sad to see it leave, but staff enlisted the kids to flatten the inflatable, so they even enjoyed that part. Brilliant party. Thank you!

Thank you so much for the frozen bouncy castle with the slide ! My daughter loved it! They was all on it from 8am! The bouncy castle and sumo suits arrived early in the morning and the bouncy castle was assembled very quickly. The bouncy castle was enjoyed by adults and children. The adult sumo suits were a little large and on the heavy side for the women and we found the childrens sumo suits to be more suitable. Overall everything was brilliant, great value for money and excellent customer service provided by the Derby Bouncy Castles team. We will definitely use this again as we had a great day. Thanks!

Ordered the Skylander Castle for my Sons 4th Birthday. Required it for a Saturday but was called ahead of this to say it could be dropped off the day before for no extra charge. Result! The castle was perfect and we had no issues, the kids had a great time. Really nice delivery guy set up in no time and picked up when he said he would. Also liked that unlike other companies you don't have to pay extra for a delivery slot or pay a deposit. Would definitely use again. Top stuff.

I hired a bouncy castle for my son's second birthday and had a very positive experience.
The people answering my phone calls were extremely patient and helpful, and made me feel like nothing was too much trouble. On the day of the party, the bouncy castle was delivered promptly and was set up by a very helpful chap. It was cleared away on time and the service was very efficient.
